Terms of Service

These terms cover commemorative seats sold on TheBestBabies.com. A seat is a digital listing and certificate. It is not a physical product, an investment contract, or a promise that the name will rise in price.

Seats

Each year, city, zodiac sign, or date-and-city hall has ten first-purchase seats at USD 9.90. Seat numbers follow the order of completed payment. Empty seats are not shown. When ten seats are filled, first purchase closes.

Resale

Ownership can change only on this website. A holder may list a seat at a price they choose. On a completed resale the platform keeps a 15% service fee and the remaining proceeds are paid to the seller through Stripe. The new holder may replace the name. The previous name is then no longer the listed name. Card processing fees are charged by Stripe.

Names

Please enter a valid name, so we can keep this monument of love respectful. Names that include abuse, slurs, or unrelated promotions are declined.

Lifetime means the life of this service

“Lifetime” and “permanent” mean the commercial life of this website, TheBestBabies.com, and its operator. They do not mean the natural life of a user or a child. If the website ends because of force majeure, a sharp change in the market, a change in law, or the operator’s bankruptcy or dissolution, the service and related rights end. The platform does not owe a refund or damages for that ending. The platform will email registered addresses at least 90 days before a planned shutdown and will provide a way to download the certificate and name record.

Domain

thebestbabies.com is registered with Cloudflare, Inc. The current registration runs through 22 September 2027. Hosting on Cloudflare does not extend these terms past the life of the service.
